| The Hall of Fame Board of Governors have selected the following men in the First Kansas State Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame & Museum. The men will be presented with a “Lifetime Service to Wrestling” plaque and their names will be permanently displayed in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in recognition of their years of service to our great sport. The men include: |

| Jake Durham | Norton | 1955-1989 | |
| William Bill Pickenpaugh | Hoxie | 1960-1980 | |
| Dr. Warren J. "Barney" Boring | St. Francis | 1947-2000 | |
| Steve Lampe | Colby | 1975- |

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame and the Kansas State Chapter will honor these men on Sunday, November 9 at the City Limits Convention Center – Comfort Inn in Colby, Kansas. All seven men were role models for young athletes, and gave a lot to the sport of wrestling, as well as the young people they worked with. |
