Folkstyle Age Groups
Use the following chart to determine what age group you will compete in during the 2019-20 wrestling season.  Each division is divided into 24-month groups, based on your age as of August 31 (immediately preceding the current season).  The High School Division is available for wrestlers currently attending high school, or middle school if their age does not qualify them for a younger age division. Wrestlers qualifying for two different age divisions may only enter one of those divisions.
