6-8 pm. Iowa Folkstyle nationals, middle and elementary duals, Brute nationals.......
We should have from 6u up thru HS. Conditioning, drilling, and live wrestling.

Don't forget, we will be practicing 4 nights next week, 6-8 pm. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs.....
Getting ready for Elementary, Middle School duals, Brute Nationals, and sounds like several kids going to Reno as well.

alec mccuan will be there 10-75
