Ringneck Rumble - 01/16/20 08:58 PM

New for 2020 - team trophies for 1st and 2nd place teams. We are taking an unique approach to team scoring to give all clubs regardless of size an equal opportunity to compete. Coaches will choose 3 kids from each division(6,8,10,12U) to be their scoring team members. This will give all clubs the chance to score 12 kids for team trophies. Scoring members must be chosen and emailed to hillcitywrestlingclub@gmail.com before the brackets are built.

We will start at 10am to allow some extra travel time for further clubs. We hope to see a lot of competitive teams in Hill City on Feb. 15.

LOCATION: Hill City High School, 1 Ringneck Drive

ENTRY FEE: $20 per wrestler (non-refundable), payable at registration through Trackwrestling

ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, February 13, 2019 at 11:59pm, there will be no weight changes the day of tournament. Limit of 300 entries.

WEIGH-IN: Friday, Feb. 14 after 10am. Satellite weigh-in only, each club will receive an email with a link to enter actual weights for your kids Friday afternoon. Bump. One of the few tournaments giving out team trophies to hang in your wrestling room.

The schools in this part of the state(outside the WAC) are all in middle school wrestling currently so almost no chance to have 14U kids. Middle school seasons across the state are a mess.
