Practice for Sr. Nationals

Any Seniors that are interested in training for upcoming events can attend practices led by Jacob Marrs (Head Coach Bethany College), James Stout (Head Coach Abilene High), & Brandon Pigorsch (Head Coach Clay Center High). The practice dates, location, and times are:

3/14 Clay Center HS 5PM
3/15 Smokey Valley HS 5PM
3/16 Abilene HS 5PM

The practice length is flexible. Should be a great opportunity to get some quality instruction as well as work out with tough competition for free.

Seniors ... you've got to get some workouts in!! This is a great trip you WILL make memories! Hoping they will be good memories!!

Tonights practice will be at Smoky Valley (Lindsborg) at 5pm instead of Clay Center. Also if any other coaches would like to get guys into one room please get in touch with myself, Jacob Marrs, or James Stout. We would like to get as many kids in the same room as possible. Next weeks schedule will be posted as soon as we figure out some locations.
