Benedictine College Wrestling is Hosting its 1st annual fall clinic Saturday October 22nd. Fall clinic will help you prepare for the upcoming wrestling season. Also it will be able to provide insight to Benedictine College and the new NAIA Wrestling program here in Kansas.
The fall clinic will offer two technique sessions starting at 9 a.m. and will feature Eric Akin.
Akin was a four time NCAA Div. I All-American at Iowa State University. After his time at Iowa State he went on to win USA Freestyle National Championships, and became a member of two Olympic teams and one world team.
Along with instruction from Akin, the campers will get to meet and interact with Benedictine College wrestling coaching staff and some of the future Benedictine wrestlers. Campers will be provided with a camp T-shirt, lunch, and a motivational section to help them gear up for the 2011-2012 wrestling season.
Fees for the camp are $35 per individual or $30 if you are coming with a team of ten or more.
