Olathe north Stovall and Shafer - 01/27/14 12:42 AM

What happened to Stovall that he did not return to wrestle after getting pinned in the spladle by Lytle GB? I understand Shafer was ejected after punching Dieckman with three seconds left in his match but I did not think that was the case with Stovall.

What's up with anonymous adults posting trash talk on teen age boys?? Grow a pair and post your name and number if you dare. I did.

PC,

Not meaning to high jack this post, but how do you keep that monkey so amped up? Any way, I haven't been very active on the forums this year due to being a little on the busy side. Your son is having a terrific year and I hope that he finishes strong. I guess I high jacked the post but that was not my intent.

Not trying to call anyone out.

But I was wondering what happened at 132 and 138 also.

Did not know if was a flagrant foul to ask a question?

Did not see the post as trash talking either.

By the way,
my name is Mark

I don't see it as Trash talking, but I do think if your going to ask a question about a specific wrestler, by name, then you should leave your name. I'm not really sure a phone number is necessary, but a name would be nice. With that said is anyone going to answer the original question?

I was not present at the tournament, but was told Stovall said some unsportsmanlike words to the ref after the fall was called.

the question didn't appear to be trash talking....

the question didn't appear to 'call anybody out'...

it appears to be a fair and straight forward question, anonymous or not...

was there an injury or some other issue?

ironically, the same type of 'posting' issue came up last year or the year prior with a simple question about very well known stud ,DQ'd at 4A state for a slam, was posted....trackwrestling appeared to be hung up on that match late Friday night with no extra info, honest questions were then asked the following morning, and people freaked out.....beyond the norm

maybe this country is as jacked up as it is because people avoid answering honest questions, cowering behind some fictitious veil of protection... in this case it's anonymity....go figure

ooops......Mike

If someone had a question about a member of your family or a member of your wrestling team would you appreciate them identifying themselves? I know I would. This is a fair & straight forward question also:)

I am all for transparency but curiosity shouldn't call for a tar and feathering. Maybe KSHSAA should post the ejection reports as it is just a sport infraction not a criminal activity. Everyone should be sending some positive vibes Coach Carroll's way. He would be pulling all of his hair out if he had any. smile
