Here are some workout options for anyone attending duals. Our staff is offering the following workouts. In KC area there will be workouts 8:30am workouts at Mill Valley High School on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday. If you live in the metro area and you can make those that will be great. If you can't make those here are the other options.

On Saturday at we have a workout scheduled for 10:00am at BONNER SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL

On Sunday there will be a workout at 6:00pm at Bonner Springs HS

On Monday we will have workouts at 10:00am & 6:00pm at Bonner Springs HS.

Obviously we have athletes that are traveling from long distances to be a part of the team and we get that so please arrange to make which ever workouts you can. The most important workouts for EVERYONE TO BE AT, ARE THOSE ON MONDAY. We will use those as checking in simply because our flight leaves so early on Tuesday morning. I am sure we will be able to house a couple of athletes at coaches homes if needed. If you have any questions just let us know.

If any one wants to split driving to these practices let me know. I live 20 miles west of Topeka. I am 10 min from I-70

Parents,
If you have a wrestler that will be going to Florida next week for Cadet National Duals? Please check your email, I am sending you an attachment of USA Wrestling's Medical Waiver Form that HAS to be completed by each and every athlete participating in a tournament for them. Please print off the waiver and complete it and bring it with you upon final registration.

You will also be getting a final intinerary later today with all items needed for our trip. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Still looking for a couple wrestlers to add to our team for next weeks duals. We had some injuries and are looking to fill spots. We need to know ASAP!

Parents & Athletes please check your emails because the final itinerary has been sent out. It is full of information. Also, please remember that you must bring your medical waiver form completely filled out and turned in before we depart on Tuesday.
