Kansas Mat Preview deadline nearing, must respond by November 6, 2009 Coaches, If you want to see your team covered in the 2009-10 inaugural issue of Kansas Mat Preview team questionnaires must be submitted to publisher John Baetz by no later than Friday, November 6, 2009. Baetz has currently received approximately 30 questionnaire from coaches across the state, but he hopes Kansas Mat Preview can cover as many of the state's 205 high school wrestling programs as possible and they can't do it without your team information. To request a questionnaire please e-mail john@kansaspregame.com or call (785) 524-6019 or, you can print a copy of the questionnaire by pasting the following link into your browser: http://www.kansaswrestling.org/images/docs/kmp09questionnaire.pdfFollow the instructions for e-mailing or faxing your information. Kanas Mat Preview is in need of writers to provide overview preview pieces for classes 6A, 5A and 4A in the upcoming Kansas Mat Preview high school wrestling magazine. If you would be interested in doing the feature please send an e-mail ASAP to john@lincolnsentinel.com so the content of the story can be discuss and agree on compensation.
John must have these stories completed by November 20, so please contact him immediately.

The first ever Kansas Mat Preview, completed in cooperation with the Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association, is being distributed now. The magazine features almost 75 of the state's high school teams with previews, photos, rankings and more. The magazine will be available free at a number of advertisers across the state of Kansas by Friday, December 4. Only one place in southcentral Kansas? I hope the reason for that is the lack of sponsors/advertisers in this area. It would be a shame to deny the states strongest region for wrestling a chance to see this magazine for any other reason.

None is eastern KS where the main population is either. Probably for the same reason. I applaud what they have done however more than anyone else has done in many years.
I will just have to order a copy I guess.
