TEAM CENTRAL DUAL TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS

OBJECTIVE:
TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE BEST WRESTLERS IN THE COUNTRY TO COMPETE HEAD TO HEAD AND EXPERIENCE THE DUAL TEAM FORMAT.

ENTRY FEE: $300 Per Team ($15 per participant). Please make checks payable to:
Park Hill Kids Wrestling and send them to 4305 NE 103rd Court, Kansas City, MO 64156.

Individuals who are interested in wrestling in this highly competitive event but do not have a team or if a team cannot fill a complete roster, contact Jason Keck to see if he can assist you in either filling a roster spot or placing an individual wrestler one of the dual teams provided they have an opening available.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, December 9th, 2009
All team leaders must have contacted Jason Keck and submitted their entry fee by this date.

WEIGH INS: 2lb. Allowance (50 + 2 = 52lbs; 55 +2= 57lbs)

Saturday, December 12th, 2009 4:30pm-6:30 pm
(If teams are traveling on Saturday after competition we will try to accommodate weighing in those wrestlers when they arrive Saturday night)

Sunday, December 13th, 2009 7:30am-8:30 am

START TIME: Wrestling will start at 9:00 a.m.

SCORING:
Fall = 6 Team Points
Open or Forfeit = 6 Team Points
Technical Fall = 5 Team Points
Major Dec. 8-14 pts = 4 Team Points
Decision 1-7 pts. = 3 Team Points

WEIGHT CLASSES: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 140, 150, 160

AGE DIVISION: Open (Kid�s Divisions); No High School Wrestlers

AWARDS: T-shirts awarded to the top three teams.
Team Central Duals Outstanding Wrestler Award will also be selected at the conclusion of the tournament.

There are still alot of empty spots surly we can get all these spots filled. This is an excellent wrestling opportunity and a great experience. We had a blast doing this last year. And can't wait for sunday but hate to see all these empty spots. Everyone should talk to there kids clubs and get behind this !!!!!!!!!!!!

You are missing Brett Moon, Brawlers, 90 lbs for the duals. Will Cokeley was going to call someone, I believe Jason Keck, to verify that he was on the list. If he isn't, please get him on a team. He is wrstling 95 at the tourney on Saturday, and 90 for the duals on Sunday.

And Braden Dipman is NOT coming.

I made the adjustments. With the kansas kids we have 6 kids at 90 I am trying to fit kids on other teams to fill any empty slots on any team we can.

Thanks to everyone for participating in the Park Hill Duals. Anyone that went I'm sure you found some mighty stiff competition this weekend.

I saw a lot of good kids at the duals, that will be Schoolboys this year for Freestyle and Greco. If you or your kid was born in 1996 or 1997, you need to put the FS Greco season on your calendar, along with State, Southern Plains, and especially Schoolboy Duals in Indianapolis. Kansas has a nice run of success going at the Duals, let's keep it up.

Any Middle school kid needs to put the middle school national folkstyle duals on their to do list this year as well. DOn't forget about the middle school state tourney that determines 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc team.

I assume that Kansas will be putting together an elementary school duals team again as well.

Real tough competetion Oklahoma Came out for blood, man I never seen anything like it. They beat us 108 to 0 it was pretty dam bad but we had a great time and saw some awsome wrestling.
