authorizes, ratifies or approves the action by a vote sufficient for the purpose, without counting the
vote of such member. Each member of the Board of Directors, members of Standing Committees,
and employees of USA Wrestling will sign and execute a Statement of Principles on Ethical
Behavior and Conflict of Interest each year.
I appreciate the teaser, but in order for anyone to pursue a violation of the bylaws we must know WHO you believe has a conflict of interest and WHAT that interest is.
