WELL EVERY REGIONAL THAT I HAVE BEEN TO THE LAST 5 YEARS HAS RUN 4 + MATS IN 2 AREAS SO I GOT SCREWED THEN BECAUSE I DID NOT GET TO SEE THE OTHER MATCHES. YOU KNOW WHAT I DONT WORRY BECAUSE I MISSED OUT ON SOME MATCHES. COACHES,PARENTS,GRANDPARENTS, TEAMMATE,THERE DOES NOT NEED TO BE ALL THE OTHER WRESTLERS WATCHING A POSSIBLE OPPONENT. IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED HIM BEFORE OR WRESTLED HIM BEFORE THEN YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LEARN ENOUGH FROM THAT MATCH TO MAKE THAT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE TO HELP YOU WIN. NO THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TURN YOU AWAY. HECK THEY WONT EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE WITH,IT JUST TAKES THE COACHES TO RELAY THIS INFO TO THEIR WRESTLERS AND FAN. i think lake would be a fine host as well as many others including rossville. i'm afraid we're lacking some administrative support to host. i appreciate rossville's desire to host. there have always been good wrestling people in that community. the regional generates much attention to your program from the kids club to the entire community. so many times the support for the wrestling program lies solely within the wrestling family. i've been to numerous lake and rossville basketball games on fri nights and seen a full house in the stands. and then show up for a tues night dual with nobody there, at both schools. sorry i got off track there, just trying to say hosting the regional does nothing but great things for your program. its time lake figured that out.

JUST SITTING HERE THINKING BEFORE I GO TO BED,ONCE WE GET TO THE SECONG ROUND ALL THE MATCHES THAT WOULD BE IN THE WRESTLING ROOM WOULD BE BACK DOOR MATCHES. FOR THE FAN THAT WANTS TO SEE THE MATCHES OF A PROBABLY RANKED OR HIGHER SEEDED WRESTLERS THIS WOULD BE OUT IN THE MAIN GYM ANYWAYS. AGREEED WITH YOUR POST. YOU WATCH MOST OF THE FANS FROM THE VILLE ON FRIDAY /SATURDAY WILL BE FAMILY MAYBE A SELECT FEW FRIENDS OF THE WRESTLERS,KIDS CLUB/PARENTS. EVEN WITH NO SCHOOL NO ONE WILL COME OVER TO WATCH DUE TO BBALL GAME THAT NIGHT.

What is with Moran from horton last thursday night he could not wrestle because he was hurt and then sat he goes out and wins the league tournament and now hes wrestling regionals, looks like to a lot of people that were there thursday he did not want to wrestle hiawatha 160 bound wrestler. theres been a lot said how he was going to win the match but then again I want to wish the best for him at Regionals and hope he makes state.

looking at all these regional brackets makes me wish our region would go back to wed night seed meetings. absolutely understand the conflict of travel. just cant wait til tomorrow! these next 2 weeks for me are like an 8yr old waitin for xmas. last chance for any upset calls for our region.
