College got soft with a 30 minute break between matches and 6 match limit. I can understand time breaks for post season, but in an open where you might pin a kid in 50 seconds and you can't go again for 30? It slows down tournaments, and we are just getting to where rule changes have made it so tournaments are going way faster....this dumb rule added about 2 hours to a tournament that could have been over at 2pm instead of 4 that I attended....which is a lot when you consider tired coaches are the ones hauling kids to and from most of these duals...not bus drivers like in high school in most cases.


High School you need a true 4th for 4a and 3a for regionals.
