The All-Class rankings are taking shape as we move toward our state series that determines the REAL rankings!
Team Kansas will once again take TWO dual teams on our EIGHTH consecutive trip to Denver, CO on March 15th-18th for the Rocky Mountain National Duals and Tournament!
This is an "invitation only" event, based on the final All-Class rankings. It is my favorite event of the year, rewarding our best wrestlers in Kansas. We have won this event several times and brought back huge trophies, wrestled under the lights on a huge stage and made lifetime friends while gaining attention from college coaches!
The cost will be $300 per wrestler, which includes transportation, 3 night hotel, free breakfast each day, entry fees to the duals and tournament and an All-Class team shirt.
We have consistently brought between 15 and 20 state champions and are treated like celebrities at this awesome event. Many of our wrestlers have gotten between 7-15 matches over three days. There is ONLY ONE weigh-in with a TWO pound allowance for all three days of wrestling. Make weight on Friday morning and forget about making weight again, just BATTLE!
Mark your calendars to join us if you qualify for this event.
All the best in your drive to FINISH WELL!!!

We will also need two 100 pounders for this team!
To clarify, the weight is 98! You need to make 100.2 pounds with singlet allowance, on just one weigh-in on March 16th morning, good for all three days.

It looks like we have filled the two 100 pounder spots! If things change, I will post on this thread.

Chief, your rankings are of that of an actual retarded person. Start ranking northeastern 3A wrestlers higher and stop being wrong.

Not sure if retarded is the correct term to use. Some people may say biased to 5a and 6a. Everyone knows I am an advocate for more recognition for 321a wrestlers. But Chiefs rankings are usually pretty darn accurate at the end of the year.

321A self impose bias when they don't change their schedules and seek competition. How can you be for ranking if you NEVER wrestleanyone ranked? There was a #1 All Class 321A wrestler who had not lost in some time but lost to an UNRANKED competitor. You have to EARN your ranking and sustain it.

You cant put all 321A in one boat. Look at Douglass High. They start there season at Valley Center. Then at home Goodwill Tournament (Douglass is the only 321A team there). Then after Christmas break Augusta. Later in the year Circle. Douglass kids didnt go in to regionals with the best records. BUT 8 pushed it through to state. And at 106 Douglass sends there 1st ever girl to Hays for 321A State Championship.

There was a #1 All Class 321A wrestler who had not lost in some time but lost to an UNRANKED competitor. Is it possible the unranked competitor was unranked because the ranker had not done his due diligence?

Is it possible the unranked competitor was unranked because the ranker had not done his due diligence? I did have the 321A wrestler ranked too high. The unranked wrestler had not beaten any ranked wrestler until then. He has lost to 4, 5 and 6. He does deserve his ranking now.
