OP Kit Harris Member K Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 1,667 Baldwin City KS	I am trying to remember what the final ruling was on the girls entries for District/State, I can't recall. I remember a lot of discussion. Can girls enter Districts? Or are they ONLY allowed to enter State? If they enter Districts, but lose and do not qualify, are they then allowed to enter Girls State?
