Central Christian College will host a girls only camp from Wednesday, June 12 through Saturday, June 15. We will spend considerable time teaching takedowns that work in folkstyle as well as freestyle. We will also teach some folkstyle bottom work as well as parterre for freestyle. This will be a learning camp, not a "game playing camp" or a conditioning camp. We guarrantee your girl will leave the camp as a much better wrestler. The schedule is Wednesday, check in between 2:30 and 4:30. Dinner 5:30 to 6:30. Session 7:00 to 9:00. Thursday and Friday, breakfast 7:30 to 8:30. Session 9:00 to 11:00. Lunch 11:30 to 12:30. Session 2:30 to 4:30, dinner 5:30 to 6:30. Session 7:00 to 9:00. Saturday breakfast 7:30 to 8:30, Session 9:00 to 11:00. Checkout 11:15 to noon.
Cost is $275 for residents, $185 for commuters (includes lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday) There will also be a refundable $20 deposit. Refunded if no damage to the room. We will hav 2 female college wrestlers supervising the dorm. Please bring a water bottle! Campers will receive a t-shirt at the end of camp.
