The USAW Junior National Duals will be held in Tulsa, OK on June 18-22!
We will be taking TWO teams again this year. Our pre-dual camp will be at Labette Community College on June 16-17, leaving straight from the camp to Tulsa on Tuesday, June 18th.
We are excited and honored to have Barry Davis as our head coach this year!! We have strived to bring in some of the world's best wrestling talents to mentor our Kansas teams. Thanks to Will Cokeley's relationship with Coach Davis, he has graciously agreed to lead Kansas this year at the national duals.
Barry Davis: 3X NCAA Champion at Iowa with a 162-9-1 career record 2X World Medalist 1984 Olympic Silver Medalist 24 years as Head Coach at Wisconsin
The Kansas State FS/GR Tournament is June 2nd in Hutchinson, KS. We have new criteria this season that consists of a body of work including, RTC participation, the state tournament, Southern Plains, as well as other upcoming tournaments. Previous Kansas All-Americans will have earned preference on team placements, but will need to put the work in to receive full credit for their past accomplishments.

Wow! We have been very fortunate to have the headliners that we have had in recent year working with our duals and Fargo teams. Barry Davis! How cool. What a neat opportunity for the kids.

Can you give more information on how to get a wrestler signed up for this camp and the Duals. And the cost for both?

We are taking TWO FULL TEAMS to Tulsa on June 18-22!
Every year, we need at least two 100 pounders! You have to have already been in 9th grade this last season. I have heard from over 20 wrestlers that want on our National team.
Contact me with your interest!

Junior Duals Eve!!!!!
We have arrived safely in Tulsa, are at the event center checking our weight and preparing to weigh-in...
As each team leader checks in, they draw a number out of a bag to determine pool placement in case of team point ties...
Out of over 30 teams, I drew #1 and #2.....
A nice start!!!!!!

This was once again, A FANTASTIC effort and great time had by our Juniors, coaches and parents!
Kansas Blue finished 12-5 over 17 duals and Kansas Red went 5-9 over their 14 duals. Great success stories on both teams!
Thank you to our coaching staff of Barry Davis, Jesse Thielke, Eric Akin, Sammy Cokeley, Tyler Lawley and Julian Smith! The best staff in the entire tournament!
Thank you to all the parents who helped with feeding the kids, Becky Howard, Debbie Martin and the Keal's for welcoming our team to their hometown of Parsons for camp!
As always, KANSAS PROUD!
