How are the team rankings determined? Great Bend only has 2 wrestlers ranked all-class and is currently ranked 5th in 5a
It's certainly a good question. Would be best answered in a room of 100 guys talking it out.
The 5A rankings are CLOSE in that 2-5 range. Though with Ballard out for BL, they dropped 17 points. So now we are down to Andover, STA and GB. Only 4 points separate those three teams. I believe Great Bend will place 7 guys at state, with Andover and STA placing 5. Only one champ tho for GB. STA and Andover will likely have three finalists.
