Starting on Monday, April 9th the Purler Wrestling Academy being held at Burlington High School will focus on Freestyle technique. Brett Delich (who has done a great job running the practices since November at the Burlington academy site) will be providing Freestyle Instruction. The PWA runs from 6:45 to 9 p.m. The cost is $85 per hour which amounts to about $9 per hour for great technique and live wrestling time with quality workout partners!

You can then enter Freestyle Tournaments through your local club. However, even if you don't plan on wrestle freestyle, what you learn WILL MAKE YOU A BETTER FOLKSTYLE WRESTLER!!!
