This was the first time my son has gone to this and had the TIME OF HIS LIFE!! He ended up placing and will never forget the experience! Right up front and center on the picture too - very cool!

With the Folkstyle National Duals this weekend. East Kansas has finished the Folkstyle season. What a great season it was. We had 9 State Champions, 24 State Placers, 8 All-Americans and 3 National Championships, coupled with a 3rd Place team at State and Nationals and a Schoolboy Age Group National Title! Since 2009 East Kansas has produced in Folkstyle alone 28 State Champions, 124 State Placers, 181 State Qualifiers, 23 All Americans and 7 National Champions.

If you are in the Kansas City metro area and looking for a club to wrestle with get in touch with us.

Tell Dalton congrats from Hunter and his dad! Congrats to all of the other placers!

Great tournament to go to!

Also, between weigh-in and when wrestling starts highly recommend visiting the Dan Gable National Wrestling Museum and Hall of Fame! Very cool!
