*Open to Boys/Girls, currently no age restriction unless mentioned below. Please be advised these are workouts for athletes that want to train with the other best in the area, and plan to attend State, Regional, National level events.
USAW-KS Weekly Regional Training Center (RTC) sites
Kansas City (Starting March 23rd)
Tuesday @ Olathe North, 4pm (Returning National team members/Regional competitors), 5:30pm (New to National Team/ Youth)
Wednesday – Alternate every week: Olathe North nights: 3/25, 4/8, 4/22, 5/6; Olathe South nights: 4/1, 4/15, 4/29, 5/13
Thursday @ Olathe South, 4pm (Returning National team members/Regional competitors), 5:30pm (New to National Team/ Youth)
Junction City/Manhattan (Starting March 23rd)
Monday @ Manhattan Combative Sports Center (116 S. 4th St.) @ 6pm

Fargo Incentive
Attend Minimum 8 RTC Practices $100
Attend Minimum 4 RTC Practices $50
*Can attend a maximum of 2 RTC's a week that count toward the Fargo Incentives.
**Sign In sheets will be at all sites, and turned into FS/GR Director, Tyler Gonzales each week.
