Good kids your boys weight every wednesday during Tony's workout at St James. 6:30-9:00. Lots of drilling, technical, tactical, and mental prep. Been on their feet the last few weeks. Lots of HS missouri kids from KCMO coming over. Rooms looking strong right now after an up and down summer.
