Body Leveraging, Scramble by Design, Human Geometry, Multi Dimensional Movement are all part of and applicable to the teaching and technique logic at Wrestling Prep. Combining awareness of the athletes body type with logic, math and physics based application of technique and detailed focus and instruction on body position and movement are the predominant reasons training from Wrestling Prep and Carolyn Wester culminates in the large results athletes, their parents and competition placings signify.

Registration: 9:30am-10:00am
Session 1: 10:00am-12:00pm
Lunch Break: 12:00pm -1:30pm
Session 2: 2:00pm-4:00pm
October 15th
FCA Chapel: 9:00am-10:00am
Session 1: 10:00am-12:00pm
Lunch Break 12:00pm -1:00pm
Session 2: 1:00pm-3:00pm
Cost: $60 for the weekend $30 for one day (no preregistration required)
