Our 3rd annual takedown tournament will be Friday, June 16th at Heedum Field in Fremont, Nebraska.

Last year we had wrestlers from South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas compete - everyone from first year novice wrestlers to multiple time high school state placers and champions.

*** New for 2017 will be GIRLS ONLY divisions as we do our part to support the rapid growth of girls participating in the sport of wrestling. ***

(Fremont High Gym in case of inclement weather)

WEIGH-INS FROM: 4:30-6:00pm
WRESTLING BEGINS: 7:00pm

$25.00 Entry fee includes t-shirt and medal

Boys Divisions: PreK–K, 1st–2nd, 3rd–4th, 5th–6th, 7th–8th, 9th–12th

Girls Divisions: PreK–K, 1st–2nd, 3rd–4th, 5th–6th, 7th–8th, 9th–12th

ALL AGE GROUPS WILL WRESTLE ON FULL MATS

Format: 4 MAN ROUND ROBINS, 4 MINUTE MATCHES (CONTINUOUS CLOCK), TAKEDOWNS ONLY

Awards: ALL COMPETITORS WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT & CUSTOM MEDAL!!!

Grilled Hamburgers & Concessions available throughout the evening

Admission: $3 Adults, $2 Students & Senior Citizens

Bring your lawn chairs & bug spray, sit right on the field, enjoy some fresh cooked hamburgers, and get ready for a night of great wrestling. Last year we had wrestlers from Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota ranging in ability level from beginners to state champions.

The college world series kicks off the next day, Omaha has one of the finest zoos in the country, and we're just a short 30 mile drive from both of those awesome experiences. Pack up the family and stay the entire weekend.
