Free Labette Wrestling Clinic/College Visit Day (by CardinalHC)
Labette Community College Wrestling Clinic/College Visit Day
College bound wrestlers are invited to LCC's free wrestling clinic and college visit day. The college wrestle-offs will also take place after the clinic and visit portion. Lunch and dinner will also be served.
Clinic information:
Coach Phillips will demonstrate techniques and drills that will transcend into college success such as:
1. Strategies from neutral to score offensively and defensively.
2. Simple concepts to escape on bottom.
3. Flow drills on top to earn back points and falls.
Visit information:
Recruits will have an opportunity to start their college decision process early. Students, parents, and coaches will have the chance to learn important aspects of the college entrance process. A campus tour will also be provided to emphasize the effectiveness of small class sizes and it relevance to success in the classroom.
