That will cut down on those annoying penalty points for locking your hands also

Run. Daily. Eat less. Drink less--especially Friday.

Move more eat less is the rule of thumb that I follow for losing weight. 5 lbs is a lot to lose if you are unable to move more. I would say that you are going to have to do MAJOR fluid & food restriction. Good luck to you sir.

Eat dinner earlier than usual and get some exercise after eating and before bed. Turkey sandwiches or wraps, grapes, fruit are good. Pop, even diet, not good.

lol ... you are probably right!

If that is the case Puddin ... tie a porkchop around neck and torment the biggest, baddest dog you can find!

Cut all salt intake (chips/soda). This will help lessen water retention.

Why can't you practice?

Can you ride a stationary bike?

Can you swimn?

How did you get so 'heavy' in the first place?

Practice proactive rather than re-active. Or, said another way, once you got your weight down, keep it down!

I was 8 pounds over once. Cut the weight and then was so weak I got by butt kicked by a kid that was not better than me. However, it was a good learning experience. I NEVER let that problem happen again.

Stay away from the pudding!

;-)

When is weigh-ins for you?
