Always curious as to why this one gets over-looked. Not a bad 2-dayer in its onw regard.

Any favored wrestlers, teams, potential hot match-ups?

Let's give these kids their props too!

I think an eye should be kept on Cody Huffman from Douglass. He Has only lost two VERY close matches this year to wrestlers ranked highly in their respective classes (Starnes from AC & Burns from Columbus.) The rest of his matches have been pins, almost all in the 1st period. If he can learn to finish off the big matches he'll have a great run the rest of the year.

This tournament looks pretty good at first glance for the upper light weights and middle weight class. 130 appears like it will be a pretty tough weight class with Tyler McMichael of Central-Burden, Nicholas Mueller of Hillsboro, Cody Wildin of Marion, and Alex Bontz of Wichita Independent. 135 will also be pretty salty with Matt Grier of Wichita Independent, Nick Hockett of Cherryvale, and James Medlin of Hesston. At 152 Ian Lackey of Smokey Valley, Sage Thimmesch of Garden Plain, and Derek Soucie of Wichita Independent will have some interesting matches. Trevor Williamson of Wichita Independent, Jesse Brown of Flint Hills, and Travis Janzen of Hesston will be another good weight division at 125. If Jesse Gantz of Stafford wrestles, 140 will have a great weight. Without Gantz it will likely be a good final with Dillion Wildin of Marion versus Cody Bontz of Wichita Indepenent. This is assuming that they all will be wrestling at these weights. The team race will probably see everyone chasing Wichita Independent, with Garden Plain, Marion, Hesston, Smokey Valley, Douglass, and Hillsboro fighting for second and third.
