ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, February 5th, 2010 11pm. No weight class changes after entry deadline
ENTRIES: 1,000 Wrestlers will be accepted. Entry is on first come first serve basis.
Make sure you enter into correct tournament- Open or Novice
PLEASE RATE YOUR WRESTLER: A-State Qualifier B-Usually place in the top 3 C-Average D-Beginner

AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finishers in Novice and Open.

This is a USAW sanctioned tournament. USAW cards are required.
Kansas High School rules with Kansas Kids modifications
Age as of August 31st, 2009
All wrestlers must make weight in competition singlet. Head gear is required
Wrestlers with any skin disorders MUST have medical sheet filled out and recently completed by their doctor
Please rate all Wrestlers in accordance to trackwrestling rating system
Wrestlers may only compete in one age group and one weight class.

Coaches with bands & wrestlers (up in 3 matches) ONLY allowed on the wrestling floor/mat side – others will be asked to return to bleachers. Coaches must have a current USAW card to receive coach’s band and be allowed mat side-NO EXCEPTIONS. Parents and wrestlers not competing will NOT be allowed mat-side.

This event is way more than just another tournament!

Coaches can use the Open matches to reinforce concepts and strategies being taught to the Novice kids at the same venue, on the same day.

Parent’s can draw for the PURLER WRESTLING ACADEMY SCHOLARSHIPS!

The KS-MO border location of this tournament provides a great opportunity for Kansas Wrestlers to test themselves against some very good Missouri kids and see some new faces!

We have a lot of volunteers, 2 full size gymnasiums,6 full size mats and a great officiating crew. We are working very hard to make sure this tournament runs smoothly and on time. We hope to have everyone home in plenty of time to watch the Super Bowl! If you change your mind, we would love to have you.

This is going to be a great tournament. The facilities are brand new, running it two full size gyms. I will be a good day for wrestling. I can't wait to sign up! This thing will be over in time too watch the Super Bowl!!!

Would love to be at this Tournament, but that is the day of Purlers Maize session!

We can't wait until the tournament. There will be some great competition from both sides of the state line. This should be a great tourney!!! Don't miss it.

We've got a really good KS/MO border war shaping up here! We need our Kansas Wrestlers to step up and represent!!

This is heading toward quite a missouri/kansas battle. This is awesome to see because it is so good for the kids to wrestle other kids they don't see every week in preparation for the soon coming subs, districts and state. The host High School has just been remodeled and is awesome, lots of space and 16 surfaces with the ability to add more if needed. 2lb weight allowance for the Open boys. Let me know if anyone has any questions.

Cutoff is 11pm 02/03/10. Good weekend to double dip if you are wrestling Saturday. There is a 2 pound Sunday weight allowance so you don't have to cut weight 2 days in a row!

I know alot of Mo kids that will be there. So hopefully all the kids will be able to face some different opponents, and see some good competition.
