That question would have to be answered by someone that works with the sports commission. I know in the past entries where accepted, but you were not allowed to weigh in until your club was paid for. I do not know if that is still the same.

Bones,
We elected to leave registration open a little longer.

If you enter someone today, bring your check to the tournament with you.

As far as releasing the names it will not happen until after the seeding meeting.

The primary reason for this is because the names are in the pre-registration system and not in the live tournament site.

Tomorrow afternoon we will import them into the live site then have our seeding meeting.

I hope this helps.

I would have them call Brian Hargrove or Steven Foster to see if they could just take it to the Sports Commission, or pay at weigh ins. I'm sure that would have to be an option, with the deadline so close to the tourney. That is how Oklahoma does it. So as long as we don't have clubs that abuse the system and fail to or refuse to pay for the entries they send in, I am sure that is a system that Kansas can adopt. At least I hope so. This year we had some clubs go to accepting payment at weigh ins, and others that wanted it mailed in. As the guy that sends in entries, it gets confusing sometimes. Had a couple of instances where we missed deadlines but the tourneys were gracious enough to let us in late.

Wildcat,
There will be a few combined weights...very few!

We do not want any round robins if we do not have to have them.

We will do our very best to not combine weights.

When we mailed in our check for the entry fee I attached a copy of the trackwrestling receipt which had my son's bio for the seeding. Will the seeding group have this info on had or do I need to seed additional info.

There was a drop down box on the trackwrestling site that you had to choose from on each kids' registration. 9 times out of 10, the bracket seeds itself based on those criteria. AAA, AA, A, B, C, D

The seeding meeting is tomorow night.

I understand not wanting RR but a four man bracket. That's crazy for a 32 dollar entry fee.
