Looking at the "Calendar" and did not see this tourney. Was looking forward to going. Anyone have any information on this one?

I don't know why it got removed from the calendar, but there are a few tournaments removed that were not cancelled and were on tentative.

My guess is the tournaments that got removed have not completed the sanction process. Once they are completely sanctioned, they will be added to the calendar again. The tentative calendar usually shows everything - after the state meeting when the first tournaments are sanctioned for the year, that tentative list is replaced by ones that have been sanctioned.

I see Steven Foster is the contact person here and no Park City Classic on the calendar...
Is there something up with this?

I have not spoken with Steve F.. However, it would be my guess that Steve is helping with trackwrestling and the general running of the tournament. Steve has spent many hours working with trackwrestling and has become one of the best in Ks. When it comes to running trackwrestling there is not much he can't do with track. As many of you know Steve has been involved with kids wrestling for many years and involved with running many tournament. I would say that this was a smart move on Sprawl Nationals part bring Steve in to help.Steve I posted what you ask me to post now pay up. (LOL)

Steve Foster should hold a few clinics teaching the clubs how to do the track wrestling. It is just a matter of time before the whole state is required to use track wrestling. I dont see him doing 2 or more tourneys in the same day.

Yes as was stated it was in the process of getting sanctioned. It was temporarily removed until paperwork and fees were paid. It is now back on the calendar and ready to go. Also Steven Foster has been brought along as a Tourn Director for this event and Craig Gash also is still a director as well.

Trackwrestling doesn't have a link to a flyer yet. Deadline for signups?
