Last year this Tournament started on time & the clean up crew was out by 3:30-4:00; Same Pulled Pork sanwiches this year; don't be left out, first 550 wrestlers; we had to turn hundreds away last year. 11-12 surfaces! 6-12 under will have 1/2 mats!! Seen alot of quarter mats this year. Not at this Tournament; 14/under full mats; 2 gyms side by side; 12 and 14 in the small gym, 6-10 year olds in the big gym. . We will start at 9:00 sharp on Sunday with a coaches meeting at 8:30.Satellite weigh in only Friday night. No Sunday weigh in.

I think you might have to find away around this rule that somebody came up with!
Rule 4‐5‐1
&
Rule 4‐5‐3 All sanctioned tournaments will hold a weigh‐in. The weigh‐in procedures shall be determined by the tournament director. All participants shall have the opportunity to weigh‐in at the same time. No weigh‐in shall be prior to twenty four (24) hours before the published tournament start time.

Not even sure where that rule is located or who it applies to. Just know how the Silver Lake Open/Novice weigh in is formatted this year. Definately for convenience of all. Rule 4‐5‐3
Really? Wow! Thanks for the info.

RULE (#$&**457390??) Parents & coaches are not allowed to whine & cry about weigh in procedures. Use your brain if your kid gets his clock cleened you can blame it on the weigh in Procedures.

Lazy hands make for poverty,
but diligent hands bring wealth.

And if you think your kid is light or has some heavies in his or her bracket you always feed them one of the great pulled pork sandwiches we will have. best BBQ you will find at a wrestling tournament.
