* Due to teams wrestling on Thursday, there will be a 1 lb. allowance on Friday and an additional 1 lb. allowance on Saturday. (ex. 103=104 on Fri., 105 on Sat.)

Pool Round: Friday – 5:00 pm – 3 rounds on 4 mats (2 gyms)
Saturday – 9:30 am – 2 pool rounds on 4 mats. (2 gyms)

Saturday - Consolations on 4 mats, Championship Semi and Final Rounds (1st – 8th) on 2 mats (N. Gym)

A concession stand will be open to both wrestlers and the public.
Please do not take food or drink into the gym.
* Due to crowded conditions in both gyms, it is recommended that you do not bring cheerleaders

Flow has Gilman at the Kansas City Classic in the finals. The match was an amazing display of takedowns.

That was pretty sweet, looks like Loges and Ryne have their only loss this season to a common foe. Hope to see them in the finals.

Watched the championship rounds of the Platte City Tournament. A very good tournament. Only 12 teams. Wrestled 2 X 6 team pools with top 2 from each pool advancing to the championship rounds. Also wrestled for 5th and 7th places. Some very good Missouri teams, plus Omaha Skut. Oak Grove and Kirksville MO very impressive. Several champ matches with multiple state champs meeting, plus several placer VS placer matches. Also severl undefeated wrestlers. East Kansas teams should go-cross border and wrestle some of those Missouri teams and tournaments. Would probably see some new things hadn't seen before. Different style of refs. Really quick on back points--many looked like roll thrus--plus a little quicker than Kansas ref with the stall and backing up calls. SJA looked awfully good and will certainly contend for the 4A State title.

119 lb Tim Gillman from Skut is rated 6th Nationally. Reminded me of late 90s Robberson BV? and Shawn Bunch from Leavenworth. All very quick and aggressive. All circle or jump back and forth over confuse the defender.

Thanks for the heads up, was able to view all the matches I wanted to see. Hope Ryne's finger will be ok. Good showing by SJA, congrats to Reese. I still have to root for my Omaha boys too.
