ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, February 4th, 2011 6:00P.M.

RULES: This is a sanctioned tournament, USAW Card required. KSHSAA rules with Kansas Kids modifications. Wrestlers can wrestle up an age bracket, but are not allowed to double dip.

AWARDS: Custom Medals will be presented to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th place in each bracket.

REGISTRATION: Entries must be received by 6:00P.M. Friday, February 4th. The following information must be provided for each wrestler: Name, age group, weight class (exact weight if HWT), USAW card number, years of experience (do not include current year), and ranking.

PLEASE RANK WRESTERS: (A) Excellent - Usually 1st, (B) Good - Consistent 2nd/3rd, (C) Average - Usually 4th, (D) Novice - Beginner

8U: 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 88, Hwt.
10U: 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 79, 82, 85, 90, 95, 100, 110, 120, 130, Hwt.
12U: 64, 68, 72, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 130, 140, 150, 165, Hwt.
14U: 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 150, 155, 160, 165, 175, Hwt.
*Age division will be the age as of August 31, 2010

WEIGH-IN: Sports Arena Friday, February 11, from 6-8P.M. NO Saturday weigh-ins. Satellite weigh-ins will be posted on www.usawks.com talk forum

Bracketing: 8-Man double elimination brackets (with the following exceptions). Brackets with fewer than five wrestlers will be wrestled as round robins. Will bracket by ranking and years of experience (novice wrestlers will be bracketed separately when possible). We reserve the right to combine any age/weight.

COACHES MEETING: 8:00A.M. WRESTLING STARTS: 8:30A.M.
Coaches: To be allowed on the arena floor, you must have a coach’s floor pass and coaches card present.

We are pleased to announce that BLUE CHIP ATHLETIC will be at our tournament this year selling tournament shirts and a wide variety of wrestling gear and apparel.

Concessions available, programs available for $5.00, brackets available for $1.00 each.

We have several satellite weigh ins available, if anyone is interested to host one in their area please contact us and we will get it set up.

Our club would be more than happy to host a weigh in.

Are you going to be running multiple brackets this year....or down size the number of brackets to allow for bigger ones??

I left a message with Tama yesterday about the satellite weigh ins and have not received a call. If Salina is having weigh-ins, that will work for us. We have about 10 kids going and few would be able to make it to Hutch on Friday evening.

We plan on running several bracket A,B,C etc.

We also have plans to get the lower bracket to RR to get more mat time.

We are gathering all the weigh in sites and will post them this week. We will have no problem with any club running a weigh in. If you asked there shouldn't be a reason you won't be able to, providing someone next door isn't running one.

I am sure I seen Salina on the list.

Due to the weather and lack of practices and the amoutn of calls we are getting. We will still accept any e-mailed enterires tomorrow around 8pm.

We have Several Satellite weigh in and these are the one confirmed with them giving us their contact information.

They will be posted probably Sunday sometime. If you want to host one contact hutchkidswrestling@hotmail.com for the information.

Possible sites just send the information and we are good. Goddard, Andover, Clearwater, Ottawa County, Circle.

I am sure there are more to come.

Do you have a satellite weigh in anywhere in Western Kansas yet? We are from Scott City and would really like to not have to spend 2 nights in Hutch/Wichita.

Winfield will host satelite if there is not a location already in Ark City.

All weigh in site will be posted later this evening after a few response we are waiting on come in.

Greater Gold is having one for sure but I am not sure that help you much.
