COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- February 26, 2011 -- The 2011 RMAC/NCAA Division II Region 4 Wrestling Finals will be broadcast live on the internet.

It was a rough day for the Tigers. Two national qualifiers. Isenberg and Means both lost in the finals. Isenberg by decision and Means by pin. Isenberg lost to the same guy from Grand Canyon again. That is the only guy he has lost to this year. Harrison, Gonzales,and Glenn all came up short in the back door. Man, Harrison was 3rd at Nationals last year.

Congratulations, to Aldon & Mitchell for qualifiying to D2 Nationals in 2 weeks. Tough day for Tyler Gonzales he did not qualifiy for the event. He went 3-3 this weekend. Brenda Gonzales and I. Proud of Tyler: six years college wrestling 92 wins and 56 losses. Would like thank all the Coaches who worked with TD.especially Bickley,Thompson,Beck,Bahe at FHSU. Dad

The NCAA DII National Wrestling Championships are scheduled for March 11 & 12 in Kearney, NE. If you are in need of tickets, the FHSU Athletic Department has a supply available for sale on a first come, first served basis.

I believe tickets will cost $60 at the gate if you go straight through UNK. They are $50 going through FHSU Athletics.

I hope Tyler continues with coaching. I think he has the "gift"of coaching just as his father has.
