I am helping Bill Gossett organize the Liberty Duals on Sunday. Many of the Kansas wrestlers compete in our kid's tournaments at Park Hill that are always held in the second weekend of December (Park Hill Kids Tournament and Team Central Duals).

This year the Liberty Duals will host 7 teams in the K-8 Division. The teams are as follows:

1) Lion Pride (All-Star Team made up of wrestlers from MO, CA, OK, KS, etc.)
2) Team Central - Kansas City, MO
3) Team Colorado
4) Team KS
5) X-Factor Elite, WI
6) Ironhawk, NE
7) DC Elite, IA

There are a few open weights among the teams competing and I am trying to fill those before Sunday. If you have a wrestler who is competing in Liberty Nationals on Saturday and is interested in staying another day to wrestle in the dual tournament or if you are interested in wrestling on Sunday morning then please contact me and I will work to get all the open weights filled with competitors. Please contact me at jasonkeck@yahoo.com

The cost to compete in the duals averages out to be $17 per wrestler and each dual team will compete in 4-5 duals. All wrestlers must make scratch weight on either Friday night from 6-8pm (if competing in Liberty Nationals) or on Sunday morning at the Liberty Duals from 7:30-8am.

These weights currently have one spot open unless designated otherwise:

50lbs.
65lbs.
70lbs.
75lbs.
100lbs.
105lbs. (2)
110lbs.
120bs.
140lbs.
155lbs.
165lbs. (2)
190lbs. (2)
HWT (2)

It is $20 for general admission.
It is $25 for a floor pass/coach's pass which admission to the tournament is included. You do not get charged for both.
Volunteers get in for free.

Anyone looking to volunteer should contact Jennifer Steele at jenksteele@aol.com or 816-536-1366.
