Just checked out the flyer for our state tournament,seems that there are no weight classes only groupings,also arent going by normal sept.1 birthdates.Is this something new or did I miss that memo?

It is by USA age/weights (Schoolboy-bantam-novice etc.)--scroll past the event flyer to next page and you will see age/weights.
