If you are a FHSU alumnus, parent, or just a fan of the program please inbox me. My son is wrestling there and I would like to be able to follow any forum discussions involving the program and possibly introduce myself at a tournament or two. Being from Georgia, i am not familiar with a lot of the programs in the midwest. Thanks, William Collins

This is the place to keep up on all Kansas wrestling Good luck FHSU. Looks like this could be an exciting year for the tigers, a good group of freshman and transfers coming into the program.

I'm excited to see what the Tigers do too. I don't think FHSU has ever had a recruiting class as good as this one, or even close. This is a team with some serious guns in the line-up, and that's what it takes to bring home titles.

I heard that Aldon Isenberg has transfered to Iowa. He is Excited to give it a shot at the big time. Will redshirt this year.
The older I get the better I was!

Aldon already redshirted at Newberry. I believe he will have to serve a year of residency as a student at Iowa before being able to compete for a spot on the actual team. From what I know he'll be wrestling for their Freestyle club. He'll have 1 year to compete for them in 12-13.

FHSU Wrestling will be hosting an end of preseason Takedown tournament for FHSU Wrestling Family and Alumni on OCTOBER 8th at Gross Memorial Coliseum. The only people competing in the Takedown Tourney will be FHSU Wrestlers. If any alumni would like to jump in we can entertain that! There will also be a lunch for those attending starting at 11:15 in Victor E. Lounge. The wrestling will begin shortly after the lunch sometime around 12:00 pm. FHSU Wrestling has been wanting to do something that would involve current wrestlers, family, and alumni. This is going to be a great weekend to come to Hays. Aside from it being Oktoberfest weekend we also have our Homecoming Football game that night against Pittsburg State so there will be plenty to do. For any family and/or Alumni interested in attending please RSVP at fhsutigertakedownclub@yahoo.com.

Actually Aldon used a medical redshirt at Newberry - From what I know He will have to set this year becuase he has made two moves from 4 year colleges. He still has two years left.
