Thanks to all that have entered, we appreciate your support. We are going to have a full day of wrestling!!

A couple of clarifications:

1. All clubs can weigh their kids in within the 24 hour weigh in rule. Just email vckwc@yahoo.com for any SCRATCHES. Otherwise, show up saturday ready to wrestle. The honor system dictates that if a kid isnt scratched, your club has certified them via weight, skin check and nails.

2. Valley Center will be holding a weigh in from 6-8pm friday for any clubs that choose to send their kids weigh in. The location will be be the Middle School (previously the high school). This is the same location as the tournament.

If you have any questions - please give me a call.

Are you allowing home weigh-ins for novice on Saturday?

Cory, I think they were asking about the NOVICE weigh ins.

From all that I have seen all novice kids must weigh in at Valley center on the day of the tournament.

Unless I have issed something that is what I have communicated to the kids.

Also notice that the VC open and novice flyers are different, I also think theyu are ran by completely different organizational groups.

Please correct me if I am wrong on any of this.

For Saturday - the weighins will be conducted on Friday night.

For the Sunday novice tournament - the weighins will be conducted on Sunday morning. Please look at the tournament flyer for information about when each weight class will be weighing in.

Yes, Tracy the Open Tournament and Novice Tournament are ran by two different organizations.

Thanks Cory.

Everybody now knows there are different requirements for weigh in on the open and Novice.

Great tournament yesterday and today at Valley Center. Facility was very roomy and it appeared that each mat move thru matches very efficiently. Thanks!
