Goodland was also open at 120 Avelar, and 220 Oharah, I do beleive those two weights would have had different results, which would have changed the outcome of the team score.

I heard that Gilliland of Plainville is no longer on the team.

Unfortunately, you heard correctly. This drops Plainville from a top ten contender, to just another team at state.

Duals don't always equate to good tournament teams, and the Western Kansas TOC saw a lot of injuries & other issues leaving a lot of opens in teams' lineups.

It's a nice accomplishment to beat those teams, but beating them there doesn't carry the weight it could if everyone was healthy and wrestling.

Now if they can do it again in 2 weeks, they will really have something to be proud of.

Wow Coach Brown no love for Scott City. Beat Goodland twice in 2 weeks and beat Hoxie at the Scott City tourney. Luke Hayes beats Clay Wilcox head to head at Garden City tournament in the finals and is still ranked second. I don't understand.

It has been changed in my rankings. I hadn't seen the DVL Tournament results posted.

Should be fun to watch 126 at the Council Grove Regional with Melcher, Speer , and Wagner all in the running.
