I received this email today from Scott Voos, former MHS punt returner extraordinaire and current Athletic Director at Manhattan Area Technical College, and they are considering offering wrestling as a NJCAA sport. His contact information is at the bottom of the e-mail, so don't be afraid to send him a quick note letting him know the benefits that wrestling would bring to not only Kansas student-athletes, but MATC as well.

Athletic Directors,
Manhattan Area Technical College now offers College Athletics at the Junior College level. We have been accepted into the NJCAA and have already begun competition. Our first sport was Women’s cross country in the Fall semester and currently feature Men’s golf for this semester. We are in the process of selecting upcoming sports for next school year in addition to our current offerings. All of the listed items below are sports we are considering:
Men’s and Women’s Soccer
Men’s Wrestling
Women’s Golf
Men’s and Women’s Basketball
Many of your student-athletes will graduate High School still looking for a place to continue their athletic endeavors and we would love to offer that chance. Our school currently has over 1200 enrolled students. We have 16 different Associate and Certificate level programs of study available. We also offer ample amounts of general education courses transferable to all other Kansas Colleges and Universities.
Thanks for reading this far and I would love to entertain any of your questions or feedback,
Scott Voos
