Every Tue/Thu, 6-7pm (starting 4/2)

In Baldwin City in the South Gym (located at corner of 8th & Chapel Streets). No charge. For any age level.

Running the workouts will be 2x BU All-American Jarell Price with assistance of some of other former collegiate wrestlers.

Workouts will run through May, 14 total workouts.

Took 4 wrestlers from Lawrence to the workout on Thursday. They were all pretty impressed with Jarell and how he ran the workout, as was I. We'll only be able to attend on Thursdays because of schedules, but we plan to keep going. Thank you Baldwin wrestling club for providing the opportunity for some of our boys to get quality instruction on the mat. You got a good thing going on there!

Still doing spring wrestling workouts in Baldwin City. Have had great turnout with wrestlers from Baldwin, Louisburg, Lawrence, and BU.

Tue/Thu 6-7pm with 2x collegiate All-American Jarell Price.

Also, new session added, live wrestling from 4-5pm on Fridays.
