Anybody that has worked with the folks at Cradle Gear and has contact info (email) for a sales rep, could you shoot it to me in a PM? Much appreciated!

We used them this year, good product, horrible customer service and timeliness. If you want specifics PM me your # or email and I will tell you our issues. It may not be the norm but we will not use them again.

I would recommend American Wrestler! They have done singlets, shirts, shorts, mat tape, monster mop, and fight shorts for my club. www.americanwrestler.com

Let me know if you need anything else.

I have to echo Daniel DRW's post. We used them this year and they started off on a good note by sending us samples of the product that we could keep. Their service was great until we decided to use them and begin the design side. After that they went down hill and took over 2 months to produce our fight shorts. We were very pleased with the product once we got it but will use another vendor next year.

Original order for singlet’s, shirts, hoody, and bags was placed on November 18th it was the February 13th before everything was received. Everything shipped separately and at very different times. They made and shipped the wrong singlet’s the 1st time. Size chart and actual product are different and I had several issues when they arrived, if they will give samples that would be a wise choice. Had a couple bags that were not sown well. Biggest thing was once they received our $7,000 communication went downhill quickly. Many emails requesting status of order went unanswered and it finally took an email to the owner to get some action and then it was good for a couple weeks then it died off again and then another owner email was required. They really do have a good product overall I just think their priority is not small clubs in KS, it’s collegiate, Olympic or local OH clubs that is the priority. Only compensation was we got to keep the wrong singlet’s, which is great but I don’t think that is much given how much suck was involved with trying to chase down the kids gear over a 3 month process, the season was 1 week from over for some of the Novice kids before it got here.

This is just my experience but like I said before we will NOT use them again.

Yes sounds familiar we too had issues once they got our money and we had to strong arm them to get answers which is not a fun way to do business. We requested a full refund and our product was magically shipped that week.

We ordered before Christmas and still haven't received our shorts yet. Same scenario, customer service has been a pain to deal with. I have been texting our sales rep non-stop. Next year I plan to go to China direct and bypass cradle gear or any other vendor all-together, the prices you can get are amazing.

Bluechip has done an awesome job for our teams needs. We have purchased singlets, bags, hoodies, state team shirts, and are in the process of getting warm-ups, all work was done in a timely manner and our sales rep does an awesome job. My personal experience with them has been so good I will not order from anyone else. Oh yeah and their art work is awesome.
