Gavin places 4th in this years Junior Greco tourney!
He had his opponent on his back and it looked to us that he had earned the fall but we don't count.
Gavin Grater has battled for years as a member of Team Kansas! With another All-American finish, Gavin represented his State, himself and his family ... Proud!!

In the Junior Greco division, Team Kansas finished with 3 All-Americans:
Corbin Nirschl finished 2nd!
Sean Deshazer finished 3rd!
Gavin Grater finishes 4th!
Congrats to All 3 ... especially to Gavin, our lone SR AA! He has been a stalwart for Team Kansas for many years!!

There was no doubt that Gavin had earned the fall, and the mat official recognized it and signaled the pin. Unfortunately, neither of the other officials were watching the match at that point in that they were both looking at their score sheets, writing down the points just earned. Since they didn't observe the fall, neither would confirm what the mat official offered.

Quick question, does anybody know what level 3 or level 2 means on the brackets following the names of several wrestlers in each bracket? Maybe a dumb question, but it doesn't seem to mean anything related to the state or team.
