Do you or your child want to attend Kids Freestyle and Greco-Roman Nationals and you cannot take them?

Then consider sending them with our us on our USAWKS sponsored trip. USAWKS is sponsoring a trip to Asics Kids Freestyle and Greco-Roman Nationals in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin for schoolboys/girl, novice, intermediate, and bantam age wrestlers. The dates for the trip are June 30-July 2, 2015. The cost will be $150.00 per wrestler. This cost will cover transportation to and from the tournament, lodging, dinner on Tuesday night. You will be responsible for your wrestler’s entry fee into the tournament, money for food, and any other expenses they may encounter.

We will be leaving from Olathe North High School on Tuesday June 30th at 8 am and will be returning as soon as the tournament is finished. We should return around early morning of July 3rd. Weigh in’s will be at 7pm on Tuesday June 30th. After weigh in’s we will go out to eat dinner then go to the hotel. Wake up and wrestle Greco on June 31st. We will start freestyle that night and finish up on Thursday July 1st. Then we will be heading home after the awards.



Qualifying:

Wrestlers must qualify to enter this event by competing in their designated regional or with approval from the wrestler's state chairperson! Wrestlers can compete in as many regionals as they choose, but wrestlers can ONLY QUALIFY FOR KIDS NATIONALS BY PARTICIPATING IN THEIR DESIGNATED REGIONAL*. You must have wrestled at Southern Plains Regional to be eligible for this tournament!!!

Please be aware that wrestlers are not allowed to DROP in weight class from the regional to the nationals. Whatever weight class the wrestler weigh-ins at for the regional (not necessarily competes at, but what the scale actually reads) is the lowest weight class the wrestler is eligible to compete at for the nationals.
