Technique Training and Drills
Each wrestler will be evaluated based on their current level of experience in regards to the following:

Basic form and technique
Stance and footwork
Top and bottom positioning and maneuverability



Situational Exercise Drills
Each wrestler will be placed in several different situations and evaluated based on their:

Setup
Tie-ups
Shooting
Takedowns
and more positional situations (Standing, Top, Bottom, etc.)

Saturday, Aug 29th

Morning Session - 9:00am to 11:00am
Lunch Break - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Afternoon Session - 12:00pm to 2:00pm

Sunday, Aug 30th

Morning Session - 9:00am to 11:00am
Lunch Break - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Afternoon Session - 12:00pm to 2:00pm


RATES/PRICES:

Individual Rate: $100.00/wrestler
Group Rate: $600.00 (min/max 7 wrestlers)
Group Rate: $1,000.00 (min/max 14 wrestlers)

The camp is an independent camp ran by former Oklahoma State wrestler Chris Perry and is not affiliated with any club or high school.

Also the weekend of this camp (Aug 29th & 30th) is the weekend before Labor Day weekend, not the weekend of.
