This is a split session tournament. 6U, 8U, and 14U wrestle at 8:30 am. 10U and 12U wrestle at 1 pm.
All brackets are round robin to maximize matches. The target is 4 and 5 man round robin brackets.

The tournament flier and sign-up information can be found on track wrestling - http://www.trackwrestling.com/opentournaments/VerifyPassword.jsp?tournamentId=198579009

If you have any questions, shoot me a note.

Hospitality Room of the last 2 decades is still in Leavenworth.

Perfect 10 on breakfast and lunch!

Tournament could have been elevated to a higher level by having visable clocks at the mats. The coaches, kids and referee's had no idea in regards to time. In the afternoon session Mat 8 had a difficult time staying on task, such as flipping score and updating the period, not sure about other mats, as I was mainly in the smaller gym. Otherwise a well ran tournament and my husband assured me the hospitality room was well prepped , staffed and stocked.

Overall, this was a tournament that was run very well. You will have SNAFUs here and there, but I don't recall anything that stood out. I enjoyed the split format but the one recommendation that I would make would to be have an earlier start time for the second session and adjust if needed. I am sure that a lot of matches could have kicked off as early as noon. I would think that most families would understand if you put the information in the information flyer that you would try to hit an earlier start time for the afternoon session but that it could not be guaranteed.
