Lets meet around 9:30-10am Friday to pass out gear. We will leave for Council Bluffs at noon and head to the hotel. I want the Elementary Teams to get checked in before weigh-ins. Weigh-ins are at 5 - we need to be there a little early (4:45) and get in line. Each Team will weigh in together so any wrestler not meeting in Topeka needs to be at the Mid America Center by 4:45. Please be on weight when you arrive.

At the hotel,time permitting, before weigh in, I will hand out gear to the wrestlers who did not meet us in Topeka.
Remember, you must weigh in with a singlet on - so to be safe, anyone not meeting at Topeka to get gear will need to bring a singlet for weigh in

We have pizza coming to the hotel for all the Elementary wrestlers at 6:30-7pm

Quentin Saunders is hoping to catch ride with someone to Topeka for the elementary duals.
I'd take him but I work 3rd shift and I'm hoping I can get him ride with someone coming from Wichita

Friday at weigh in, I'd like one of the coaches from each team to pick up their teams coaches packet. It will have the coaches bands, etc in it.

Bring them back to the hotel so I can get all coaches their bands

Will you be posting a list of coaches?

Each Team will be allotted one additional arm band for a Flowrestling operator - supposedly it runs very similar to Trackwrestling

There will be a short training clinic at 9pm Friday night in the main arena for anyone wanting to help
