I saw that as well. When the bottom wrestler attempted a wizzer-tilt/churella roll. It looked as though he was going to get a reversal and back points, but the ref never awarded that and when they left that position I wondered the same thing as you Mike. Thinking back on it I can't remember if the bottom wrestler ever broke nearfall criteria long enough for the top wrestler to score points. I feel like when the bottom wrestler was trying to hold the top wrestler in the tilt, he was also staying off his back enough to not give up nearfall as well. However, I did not have the best angle either.
