???? - approximately 10 % of the teams out of 40 teams with full rosters. That is OK.
I am sure all the coaches are working at filling their teams.

Maybe some coaches elected to send some wrestlers to different tournaments in order to get them more quality mat time for their development? I wonder if that factored into the numbers.

Of note we had 48 scratches due to illness. Flu hit 5-6 teams very hard.

Another thing to consider at the HS level is how many coaches are teachers in the hallways? I bet teams with those have more kids on rosters as they have coaches that recruit the hallways as opposed to the Rule 10 coaches. It happens at HS, plus most teams in the state don't have all 14 weights.
