Anyone interested in hosting an RTC this spring and summer should contact me with details (staff/dates/times/style or focus). We're working on compiling a list of our RTC's sites and details.

I'd like to have this list set by March 5th. Please let me know if you have questions.

Wamego would like to hold one. Monday's, Tuesdays, Wedsdays, 6p.m. to when I get tired. Freestyle and Greco-Roman starting Monday after youth Folkstyle State.

South Central Punishers will be running one again this season. Location TBD will either be Rose Hill or Derby. Dates also TBD at this time. We will also start the week after Folkstyle State.

Most likely we will do opposite days of OSU so wrestlers that want to can go down there two days a week and then two days a week with us. Stillwater does shutoff to our guys I believe in early June. So we will open up our place and training more 3-4 days in prep for Atlanta and Fargo.

Wednesday nights Greco RTC at Leavenworth High School 6-7:30. We will officially start after the Kids State Series. This is available for all ages and ability levels, so don´t be intimidated if you have not tried the style out. We have crash pads and dummies to build basic skills, or sharpen high level ones. We return All-Americans, Fargo Finalists, World Team Trial Finalists, World Team Members, and Multiple State Champs and Placers to the room this Spring/Summer. Fun, family atmosphere, free and all about learning the best style!

Labette County HS will be hosting practices on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7:30 with Labette Community College and Coach Vesta. We plan to have Freestyle/ Greco practices. From what I hear we will also have some female wrestlers from our area in the room as well.

The room is located above the small gym you enter through those doors. Please bring a your USA Card (or number) to sign in. Reminder that this is for athlete of all ages and abilities. This will be the only greco oriented RTC in the city!

28 kids at the RTC last night - 9 high school programs represented along with several area youth clubs! If the other RTC's had something similar then we're off to a great start. Let's continue to grow Freco across the state. Kansas is on the come up!

If you're not in a spring sport you should be hitting up an RTC a few days each week. With this many opportunities and sites most kids can find a practice within 30 minutes from home. Wanna get better? GO TO PRACTICE!
